GENERAL BILL by Albritton ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Rodrigues

Caloosahatchee River Watershed; Prohibiting the land application of septage from onsite sewage treatment and disposal systems within the watershed; removing a requirement for entities disposing of septage within the watershed to develop and submit a specified agricultural use plan to the Department of Health; directing the Department of Environmental Protection to adopt an updated Caloosahatchee River and Estuary Basin Management Action Plan by a specified date; requiring the department to prioritize certain remediation needs, etc.
