Impaired Practitioner Program; Creating a student evaluation program within the Department of Health for a specified purpose; requiring consultants to redact a student’s personal identifying information and to forward the invoice for an evaluation to the department; requiring the department to directly pay the evaluator upon receipt of the invoice from the consultant; requiring the consultant to provide monthly reports to the department, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
