Driving Under the Influence; Expands conditions under which person commits offense of driving under influence & must remain in custody after arrest; reenacts provisions relating to crashes involving death or personal injuries, ignition interlock devices, & driver improvement schools or DUI programs to incorporate amendments made by act.
