Agreements with Professional Sports Teams; Prohibits governmental entity from entering into agreements with professional sports team unless agreement includes certain provisions; requires governmental entity that enters into such agreement to strictly adhere to certain provisions; provides that attorney general may intervene to enforce certain provisions in certain circumstances.
