Workers' Compensation Benefits for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder; Provides that time for specified notice in certain cases is measured from time of qualifying event or diagnosis of disorder, rather than manifestation of disorder, whichever is later; provides that posttraumatic stress disorder suffered by correctional officer is compensable occupation disease; provides standard of proof; provides requirements for benefits offered to correctional officer for posttraumatic stress disorder; specifies when claim for posttraumatic stress disorder must be noticed; requires certain employing agencies to provide certain educational training; requires DFS to adopt rules.
