Fees/Firearm Serial Number or Identifying Mark; Authorizing the Department of Law Enforcement to charge a fee for each serial number or identifying mark it issues to reimburse itself for certain actual costs; requiring all moneys collected to be deposited into the Division of Licensing Trust Fund, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 860 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
