Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure; Revising a requirement for the Department of Transportation’s goals relating to mobility; requiring that certain funds be used for specified purposes relating to the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Grant Program, beginning in a specified fiscal year; requiring the department to establish the Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Grant Program; requiring the Department of Transportation to seek programmatic federal approval for the issuance of permits and for the accommodation as a utility of the installation of electric vehicle charging stations in highway rights-of-way, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect July 1, 2022
