Pilot Program for Individuals with Developmental Disabilities; Requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration to implement a pilot program for individuals with developmental disabilities residing in specified Statewide Medicaid Managed Care regions to provide coverage of comprehensive services; authorizing the agency to seek federal approval as needed to implement the program; providing that participation in the pilot program is voluntary and subject to specific appropriation; requiring the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to approve a needs assessment methodology for prospective enrollees, etc.
