Restoration of Voting Rights; Requiring the Florida Commission on Offender Review to develop and maintain a database containing certain information for a certain purpose; requiring certain governmental entities to provide certain information to the commission; requiring the Department of Management Services, acting through the Florida Digital Service, to provide certain technical assistance to the commission; requiring the commission to update the database monthly and publish certain information on the website; requiring the commission to provide a comprehensive plan to the Governor and Legislature by a certain date, etc.
