Florida Children’s Initiatives; Revising the definition of the term “resident”; revising the objectives for certain working groups; providing that the Florida Children’s Initiatives are administratively housed in the Department of Children and Families but are not subject to certain control, supervision, or direction by the department; revising legislative intent; clarifying provisions relating to the creation, implementation, and operation of Florida Children’s Initiatives, etc.
