Sale, Transfer, or Storage of Firearms; Revising the standard by which adults and minors may be considered criminally negligent in the storage of a firearm under specified circumstances; redefining the term “minor”; revising requirements for the safe storage of loaded firearms; requiring the seller or transferor of a firearm to provide each purchaser or transferee with specified information; providing criminal penalties, etc.
