Education and Training For Alzheimer's Disease and Related Forms of Dementia; Requires DEA to offer education about Alzheimer's disease & related forms of dementia to general public; requires employees of covered providers, health agency or nurse registry or companion or homemaker service provider, or nursing home, assisted living facility, adult family-care home, or adult day care center to complete specified training; authorizes completed training hours to count toward preservice orientation, other required training, or continuing education hours.
