Internal Revenue Service Civil Liability Trust Fund; Creating the trust fund within the Department of Financial Services; providing sources of funds; specifying the purpose of the trust fund; requiring that any balance in the trust fund at the end of the fiscal year remain in the trust fund; exempting the trust fund from termination, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 372 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
