Emergency Opioid Antagonists; Requires each FCS institution & state university to have supply of emergency opioid antagonists in certain residence halls or dormitory residences; provides requirements for placement & use of emergency opioid antagonists; encourages certain partnerships to cover specified costs; & provides specified immunity from liability.
