Fees/Professional Art Therapist License; Requiring an applicant for a professional art therapist license or an art therapist intern registration to pay a nonrefundable application fee set by rule of the Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling; providing for fees for annual license and registration renewal, inactive licenses, and license reactivation, etc.

Effective Date: On the same date that SB 400 or other similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
