GENERAL BILL by Wright
Pharmacy Benefit Managers; Requiring the Office of Insurance Regulation to conduct market conduct examinations of pharmacy benefit managers as often as the office deems necessary; authorizing the office to take certain disciplinary actions against a pharmacy benefit manager for specified acts, etc.
