OGSR/Security or Firesafety System Plans; Amending a provision which provides an exemption from public records requirements for certain security or firesafety system plans; revising legislative intent; amending a provision which provides an exemption from public meeting requirements for the portion of a meeting that would reveal a security or firesafety system plan or portion thereof; removing the scheduled repeal of the exemption, etc.
