Sentencing; Providing for the retroactive applicability of s. 893.135, F.S.; requiring the initial sentencing and the resentencing of certain persons who committed certain violations before a specified date which involved trafficking in hydrocodone or codeine; requiring the initial sentencing and the resentencing of certain persons who committed certain violations before a specified date which involved trafficking in oxycodone; providing criminal penalties for such violations that are subject to an initial sentencing or a resentencing, etc.
