Department of Business and Professional Regulation; Requiring the department to certify for licensure qualified individuals who practice mold assessment or mold remediation and hold certain licenses issued by other states or territories; revising requirements for the issuance of an asbestos consultant’s license; removing a time limitation for applying for certain contracting licenses under certain provisions; requiring certain individuals related to public lodging establishments and public food service establishments to maintain a division online account and provide the division with specified information, etc.
