Seaports; Increasing the minimum amount of funds to be made available for the Florida Seaport Transportation and Economic Development Program from the State Transportation Trust Fund beginning in a specified fiscal year; increasing the amount the Department of Transportation is required to include in its annual legislative budget request for the program; increasing the amount of funds to be made available from the State Transportation Trust Fund to fund the Strategic Port Investment Initiative beginning in a specified fiscal year, etc.
