GENERAL BILL by Harrell
Organ Transplants; Requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration to adopt by rule specified minimum standards for certain organ transplants; providing that hospitals that do not meet these standards by, or begin organ transplant programs after, a specified date have 3 years to meet such standards and must maintain them thereafter, etc.
