GENERAL BILL by Rodriguez
Foreign-licensed Physicians; Providing for provisional licenses by endorsement for certain foreign-licensed physicians; requiring the Department of Health to issue a provisional license by endorsement to any applicant whom the Board of Medicine certifies as having met specified criteria; authorizing the board to require the applicant to take and pass the appropriate licensure examination before certifying him or her for provisional licensure by endorsement; providing that a provisional license by endorsement is valid for 2 years unless revoked or suspended and is subject to specified provisions, etc.
