GENERAL BILL by Appropriations Committee on Health and Human Services ; Grall ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Book

Background Screening Requirements; Specifying additional disqualifying offenses under the background screening requirements for certain persons; expanding certain background screening requirements to apply to all health care practitioners, rather than specified practitioners; prohibiting the Department of Health, beginning on a specified date, from renewing the license of a health care practitioner until he or she complies with the background screening requirements, etc.
