Transportation; Revising provisions requiring a person approaching a railroad-highway grade crossing to stop within a certain distance from the nearest rail; revising the membership of the Center for Urban Transportation Research advisory board; revising the membership of the Implementing Solutions from Transportation Research and Evaluating Emerging Technologies (I-STREET) Living Lab advisory board; prohibiting the designation of additional metropolitan planning organizations (M.P.O.’s) after a specified date except in certain urbanized areas, etc.
