Child Safety in Motor Vehicles; Requires person who uses motor vehicle to transport children to equip such motor vehicle with alarm system that prompts driver to inspect motor vehicle for unattended occupants before exiting; requires DHSMV to initiate public awareness campaign regarding alarm systems; requires DHSMV to maintain list of approved alarm manufacturers & alarm systems; revises transportation safety minimum standards for licensure of child care facilities.
