GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Powell

Wills and Estates; Expanding the types of probate documents that must be recorded; specifying that certain property is either included or excluded from the probate estate at the time of death; defining the term “probate estate”; providing that demands and disputes arising under a certain act must be determined using a specified action; providing that certain rights are forfeited if specified actions are not taken, etc.

Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, this act shall take effect upon becoming a law
