Food Delivery Platforms; Requires food delivery platforms to disclose information & provide notice to consumer; authorizes Division of Hotels & Restaurants of DBPR to issue to food delivery platform notice to cease & desist for specified violations; requires division to provide food delivery platform ability to cure any violation within specified timeframe before enforcing such notice or imposing civil penalty; authorizes division to enforce such notice through specified legal proceedings & to collect attorney fees & costs; authorizes division to impose civil penalty; authorizes division to receive & investigate complaints of specified violations; preempts regulation of food service platforms to state.
