Coordinated Systems of Care for Children; Defines "care coordinator"; requires school districts to be guided by & adhere to specified mental health & treatment support system for children; requires school districts to contract with managing entities to provide care coordinators for students; requires care coordinator provided by managing entity be placed in school districts for specified purposes; requires school districts to address recommendations & meet specified performance outcomes; requires school districts to report annually to DOE on performance outcomes & allocation & expenditure of funding.
