Home and Community-based Services Medicaid Waiver Program; Requiring the Agency for Persons with Disabilities to develop and implement an automated, electronic application process for specified services; deleting the requirement that application for services be made to the agency in the region in which the applicant resides; specifying that applicants meeting specified criteria are deemed to be in crisis regardless of the applicant’s age; providing requirements for the Agency for Health Care Administration when a client’s iBudget is established, etc.
