Verification of Reemployment Assistance Benefit Eligibility; Citing this act as the "Promoting Work, Deterring Fraud Act of 2024"; providing requirements for reemployment assistance benefit conditions for non-Florida residents; removing requirements that certain skills assessments of claimants be voluntary; revising circumstances under which the department disqualifies claimants from benefits; requiring the department to verify claimants’ identities before paying benefits; requiring the department to procure an online workforce search and match tool for a specified purpose, etc.
