Health Care Practitioner Titles and Abbreviations; Specifies which titles & abbreviations health care practitioners may use in their advertisements, communications, & personal identification; prohibits health care practitioners from using deceptive or misleading terms or false representations in their advertisements; requires certain health care practitioners to prominently display copy of their license in conspicuous area of their practices; provides for denial of licensure & disciplinary action.
