Medicaid Eligibility for Young Adults; Requiring the Agency for Health Care Administration, in consultation with the Commission on Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder, to conduct a study for a specified purpose; providing the duties of the agency upon completion of the study; requiring the agency to submit a report of its findings and recommendations to the Governor and the Legislature by a specified date, etc.
