Funding for Environmental Resource Management; Requires specified Seminole gaming compact revenues be used for land management activities; creates Local Trail Management Grant Program within DEP; authorizes FWCC to enter into wildlife corridor agreements with private landowners; requires Land Management Uniform Accounting Council to submit specified recommendations to Governor & Legislature; revises project prioritization for water quality improvement grant program; requires DEP & SWFMD to coordinate studies with Water School at FGCU & submit reports to Governor & Legislature; provides appropriations. APPROPRIATION: $536,000,000

Effective Date: upon becoming a law if HB 7083 or similar legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
