GENERAL BILL by Calatayud

Education; Deleting a requirement that the State Board of Education establish the cost of certain tuition and fees; deleting a requirement that a performance contract be completed if a student participates in an Academically Challenging Curriculum to Enhance Learning option; requiring the Department of Education to review school readiness program plans every 3 years, rather than every 2 years; authorizing school districts to assess a processing fee for certain objections to materials; revising a provision relating to the No Child Left Behind Act to relate to the Every Student Succeeds Act, etc.
