SB 1634: Career Offenders

GENERAL BILL by Collins

Career Offenders; Requiring that all licenses for the operation of motor vehicles or identification cards issued or reissued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles to persons designated as career offenders subject to registration under specified provisions have a specified marking on the front of the cards; revising the definitions of the terms “permanent residence” and “temporary residence”; providing a timeframe under which certain career offenders are required to register with the Department of Corrections and provide specified information, etc.
