GENERAL BILL by Burgess
Local Government Impact Fees and Exactions; Requiring local governments that impose nonmonetary exactions to provide a specified amount of compensation; requiring that any impact fee be collected only if the property subject to the fee receives the service for which the fee is assessed, etc.
