Ballot Boxes; Requiring a law enforcement officer to transport ballot boxes or ballot transfer containers from a supervisor of elections to a precinct; requiring that all ballot boxes and ballot transfer containers be supervised by a law enforcement officer at all times; requiring all ballot boxes, ballots, ballot stubs, memoranda, and papers to be transported by a law enforcement officer, etc.
