Caregiving Youth; Creates Florida Caregiving Youth Task Force within DOH for specified purpose; provides for membership, meetings, & duties of task force; requires task force to submit report; requires DOE to maintain & make available to school districts comprehensive list of specified information; requires each middle & high school to have designated caregiving youth liaison; provides that caregiving youth may count hours devoted to caring for household member toward certain community service hour requirements; exempts caregiving youth from payment of certain tuition & fees.
