Supported Decisionmaking Authority; Requiring a circuit court to consider certain needs and abilities of a person with a developmental disability when determining whether to appoint a guardian advocate; defining the term “supported decisionmaking agreement”; prohibiting such agreement from acting as a durable power of attorney; requiring a petition to determine incapacity of a person to include specified information relating to the alleged incapacitated person’s use of assistance, etc.
