Sheltering or Aiding Unmarried Minors; Creating a presumption of knowledge upon proof that an unmarried minor has not attained 18 years of age for the purpose of unlawfully sheltering or aiding unmarried minors; providing a defense to unlawfully sheltering or aiding unmarried minors; increasing criminal penalties for unlawfully sheltering or aiding unmarried minors, etc.
