Congenital Cytomegalovirus Screening; Requires certain hospitals to administer congenital cytomegalovirus screenings on newborns admitted to hospital under specified circumstances; provides coverage under Medicaid program for screenings & any medically necessary follow-up reevaluations; requires newborns diagnosed with congenital cytomegalovirus be referred to primary care physician for medical management, treatment, & follow-up services.
