Business Transactions; Requires FDLE to contract with private provider to supply statewide reporting system to law enforcement agencies by specified date; requires secondhand dealers & pawnbrokers to electronically submit transactions to such system; authorizes sheriffs to supply computer equipment to certain secondhand dealers & pawnbrokers; revises requirements for remittance of payments by secondhand precious metals dealers.
