Rec./Photographs, Recordings, and Reports of Autopsies of Suicide Victims; Creates exemptions from public records requirements for photograph or video or audio recording of suicide of person & autopsy reports of suicide victims; requires that viewing, copying, listening to, or other handling of such photograph or video or audio recording or autopsy reports be under direct supervision of custodian of record or his or her designee; provides criminal penalties; provides for retroactive application; provides for future legislative review & repeal of exemptions.
