Child Care Facility Safety Measures; Requiring child care facility personnel to maintain certification in first aid training and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation procedures; requiring certain child care facilities to place video recording equipment in certain designated areas; requiring child care facilities to provide inservice cardiopulmonary resuscitation training to child care personnel at least twice a year, etc.
