Ballot Boxes; Requires law enforcement officer to transport ballot boxes or ballot transfer containers from supervisor of elections to precinct; requires all ballot boxes & ballot transfer containers be supervised by law enforcement officer at all times; requires ballot boxes, ballots, ballot stubs, memoranda, & papers to be transported by law enforcement officer.
