Electronic Harassment; Authorizing a person to bring a civil action against another person if the actor intentionally posts another person’s personal identifying information without consent of the person whose information is posted and if certain criteria are met; authorizing a victim to recover damages and any other appropriate relief, including reasonable attorney fees, etc.
