Employment After Retirement of School District Personnel; Establishes exemption to reemployment after retirement limitation to authorize certain retired staff to be employed in specified positions before meeting definition of termination; prohibits the accrual of additional retirement service credits; requires SBA and DMS to request a certain letter from IRS before implementation.
