Post-trial Counseling Services for Jurors; Creates post-trial counseling program for jurors; requires chief judge of circuit to administer program; requires and authorizes judicial circuit to provide specified number of counseling sessions; authorizes judges to extend jury service for specified administrative purpose if juror requests counseling before conclusion of trial; prohibits clerk of court from releasing name of juror who requests post-trial counseling services; requires judicial circuits to annually submit a report to DCF.
