Fraudulent Use of Gift Cards; Provides criminal penalties for persons who, with intent to defraud, commit specified acts related to gift cards or use for certain purposes gift cards or gift card redemption information; provides enhanced criminal penalties for second or subsequent violation; provides enhanced criminal penalties if value of violation exceeds specified amount.
