Gambling; Authorizes Florida Gaming Control Commission to acquire property without complying with specified provisions; provides enhanced criminal penalties for specified violations; repeals provisions relating to permitting gambling on billiard or pool tables; revises definition of term "instant bingo"; revises provisions concerning applicability; prohibits certain gambling or gaming advertisements; revises criteria for bail determination to specify consideration of certain offenses as source of funds.
